Vintage FAT LAVA VASE from 1960's~70's East Germany.
-What is FAT LAVA-
In West Germany at that time, many ceramics were made with a unique manufacturing method called “Fat Lava”.
As the name fat = fat and lava = lava, it is characterized by a design that looks like lava flowing from a volcano, and the change in glaze and unique colors are eye-catching.
